I am horrible. I can stay on this computer all day long. It might not be such a very good idea for me to log in every day to write an entry. I think I may have to go cold turkey and stay away for a little bit.

Today I read about procrastination. I learned that we procrastinate when we lack confidence, rewards, and if the rewards are only experienced when the task is finished. If you see no value in the task, you must reframe it and look at it from a different angle.

Just one question before I leave: Would it be indulgent to spend $1,000 on bedding? Duvets are investment items.
