Today is the day. It is as good a day as any other, or yesterday, or tomorrow.

Rhythm as defined by Dr Hauschka. Is it the key for more stress-free? We will see. My first test will be to do something more regularly. I should start with something easy.

What else can I tell you about me? I work in a cubicle, in an office, in a city. I am taking courses. Most of these courses are accounting related. Creating something and having someone love it makes me happy.

I have just decided, this very second, that I will post something at the end of my day, everyday. This is my rhythm challenge.

One rule I am setting up for myself for this blog: I do not talk about real people that I know in my real life. This is a blog that is about me only. I use this blog to connect and interact to the online internet community.

There were times when I seriously thought that I was addicted to the internet. I have concluded that it is too valuable to cut out of my life entirely.

I should go to sleep. And let's see how long I can make this last.
